Aran sees customers as partners. Within the framework of this approach, customers around the world are provided with technical customer service.
The objective: to solve any technical problem associated with using the product.
REMAIN IN LOW TENSION
It is important to prevent excess tension when filling the 55 gallon and up bags. This tension could damage the bag mainly around the spout and grippers area. Very high tension can even rip the spout off the bag or damage the oxygen barrier of the laminate. Such problems can be easily prevented by a simple adjustment of the filling machine.
CHECK YOUR CONTAINER
When packing BIB bags in a carton/drum/bin it is essential that there will be a perfect match between the bag dimensions and the outer container, in order to prevent unnecessary stress to the bag. The basics of BIB system are that the inner bag holds and protect the quality of the filled product and the outer container supports the inner bag and protects it completely from any stress such as: placing a carton on top of a carton or a drum/bin on top of a drum/bin.
WINE BAGS: WORK CLEANLY
The drops of wine that accumulate on the bag and that are not cleaned off in time create an acidic effect that may damage the bag, especially along the welds. It is therefore important to work cleanly and prevent inasmuch as possible surplus dripping during filling. When cleaning the bag do not use chemical agents that may also damage the bag. We recommend consulting with the Aran team concerning the cleaning agent. Aran technical department is at your service and will be happy to answer all your questions.
STORING ARAN’S BAGS
It is essential to keep our bags in a protected warehouse under correct environmental and hygienic conditions – Particularly keep away from sun, high heat, bird droppings and poisonous or ill-smelling articles. These precautions will ensure long term quality for the bags.
TRANSPORTING BIB
Avoid headspace between the filled bag and the top cover of the outer container. (Carton/Drum/Bin) Should such headspace exist, it is essential to fill it with a dunnage material in order to block the bag within the container and prevent the bag from flexing during transportation. There are many types of dunnage. We recommend filling the bag to the top of the container and to eliminate by use of dunnage any movement of the bag inside the container.
