The filling process

Filling of the bags is done by designated machines adapted to the filling of liquid foods. The semi-automatic machine fills single bags manually, while the fully automatic machine has attached (perforated) bags that are automatically filled by the machine at high speed, with separation done upon completion of the process. The processing and filling process for aseptic B.I.B bags is done under sterile conditions to ensure product shelf life.

Why bag-in-box?

> Quality: The packaged product receives excellent protection through designated bags adapted to its features

> Cleanliness: A clean process that begins with the filling process, and continues up to the emptying of the bags. This ensures complete product hygiene.

> Shelf life: A solution that awards longer shelf life to aseptic products (such as liquid eggs)

> Saving: Use of smaller quantities of material and low transport costs that increase financial profit.

> Marketing: A solution that enables the customer to withstand strict worldwide requirements such as HASAP.

> Logistics: the compact dimensions of the packages and the possibility of dry storage create especially convenient and economical transport and storage.

> Environment: less pollution, due to a saving of 70% on raw materials compared to rigid containers of the same volume.
